Angel Clark
@angelclark
Experienced collections leader driving team performance, training, and customer account recovery.
What I'm looking for
I am an experienced collections professional with a strong track record in leading teams, training staff, and managing portfolios of customer accounts. Over two decades I have progressed from supervisor roles to regional leadership, consistently meeting collection goals and resolving service issues.
As a Region Lead, I provide productivity and goal updates, handle escalated customer calls, conduct new-hire and ongoing training, and perform quality assurance reviews. I also step in to lead teams when managers are unavailable and assist with operational tasks to keep the department running smoothly.
Previously I managed portfolios of roughly 300 customers, communicated with insurance and supplier representatives, performed skip traces, and assisted managers with reporting and process improvements. In earlier roles I led teams in fast-paced call centers, coached employees, and maintained above-average call performance.
I hold a BS in Marketing and bring exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. I seek to apply my leadership and collections expertise to improve recovery rates, strengthen team performance, and enhance customer outcomes.
