I’m looking for a fast-paced role in technical operations where I can own incident/SLA-driven workflows, improve process visibility, and support customer onboarding—ideally in an AI startup or developer tools environment focused on operational scaling and workflow optimization.

I’m a detail-oriented technical operations and support professional with 2+ years of experience at Accenture, supporting enterprise applications and production environments. I handle incident management and SLA-driven ticket operations, drive escalation coordination, and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to keep operational workflows stable and customer-focused.

I also enjoy improving how teams work—monitoring ticket queues, preparing operational reporting, and streamlining workflow handling through ServiceNow and strong documentation practices.
