What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead workflow transformation and design systems governance end-to-end—turning regulated, high-volume ambiguity into repeatable processes with measurable outcomes, partner-ready teams, and standards that scale across platforms and markets.

I’m a Design leader with 20+ years building products from zero to one across mobile, web, Smart TV, and enterprise platforms—especially where ambiguity meets high-volume execution.

I turn complex, regulated workflows into governed, repeatable systems by owning intake, standards, governance, and measurable outcomes—elevating delivery quality while keeping turnaround consistent across concurrent engagements.

Highlights include compressing a decade-long content programme into a 90-day production cycle for the Ministry of External Affairs, building a single grid system spanning scripts from Urdu to Pashto that scaled across 40+ languages and 128 countries, and leading Samsung design system work that drove +60% adoption; I was also a founding member of BCG X Asia Pacific.
