I coordinated and set up the design team. The branding was a huge success. Set up the design methodology and the design system. I administered the team single-handedly for two months during the pandemic as the whole team was out. I was awarded Marketing Mavens four times.

I spearheaded the design of three products, including Proshort+ (Enterprise Consumption & Up-skilling Platform) and Dashboard (Enterprise Admin Dashboard), along with Proshort Create (Video Creation Platform, now rebranded as VideoZen). I assembled the Branding and the Design System and implemented Product Cycles and proper Design Methodology to streamline the process.

Founded and led a digital media agency, cultivating a team of talented designers. Delivered exceptional client experiences across APAC, conquering diverse project scopes. Gained invaluable expertise in the practicalities of running a successful design business.

I was the brand custodian and mad scientist of product R&D. I expedited banding and implementing design methodology and system. The highlight was the design and development of the whole website within three days. I was awarded three times (2x Champion of the quarter, 1 Team player)

I facilitated the now well-renowned branding. I helped with design systems, assets, visualisation and illustration. I learned a lot about research and analysis.

I guided research, analysis and direction. I experimented and implemented palettes, typography, illustration and motion graphics that are relevant today—marketed with GIFs, memes and infographics. I enhanced product design and management.
