I’m a Lead Product Designer with 4 years of end-to-end UX/UI and interaction design experience across government digital platforms (G2C/G2B), enterprise SaaS, InsureTech, real estate, and tourism. I use design and systems thinking to translate complex stakeholder requirements into scalable design systems, intuitive workflows, and production-ready prototypes.

I’ve owned UX strategy and delivery across multi-portal environments with 4+ user roles, writing PRDs, creating detailed information architecture, and ensuring WCAG-compliant UI. I present designs and research findings to users and senior stakeholders, then iterate based on feedback and practical engineering constraints.

At Stratzi.ai (Jul 2025–Present), I independently drive discovery through developer handoff across multiple government and enterprise engagements. I designed and scaled the MTDC digital ecosystem across 6 connected platforms in a 2.5-month timeline, and led UX for SWCS—consolidating 10+ fragmented approval systems into a unified multi-role platform.

Before that, I built and maintained a scalable Figma-based design system at Beauto Systems, improving consistency and reducing design-to-development iteration time by 35%. I also freelance across dashboards, landing pages, mobile apps, and brand systems—using user interviews, usability evaluation, and competitor benchmarking to validate decisions and reduce revision cycles.
