What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Team Lead role where I can leverage my technical expertise, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

At Teleperformance Pvt Ltd, I serve as the IT point of contact for four business units, supporting 2,000+ users across three sites. I coordinated with a 10-member IT team and cross-functional teams to keep IT operations running.

I led the end-to-end IT infrastructure deployment for a 550-user production environment, helping ensure a successful go-live. I also manage production support, incident resolution, patch management, and infrastructure maintenance.

Previously, as a System Administrator at HRH Pvt Ltd, I supported business infrastructure and production systems. I administered dialers including Ameyo, ConVox, and Genesys, and configured Windows Server, Active Directory, and network connectivity. I'm seeking an IT Team Lead role.
