At Ferrero India, where I work as Team Lead I.T., I lead day-to-day infrastructure and technical support activities across servers, endpoints, printers, and the network environment. I support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune administration, and coordinate infrastructure projects including Windows upgrades and endpoint refresh.
Previously, at Affinity Express, I provided client-server infrastructure administration and support for Windows and Macintosh environments, including operating-system deployments and Active Directory administration. Across earlier roles at LOGICSOFT IT Solutions & Services, EVOLVEWARE Information Technology India Pvt. Ltd., and MEGABITE Computer, I supported Windows environments, network and hardware troubleshooting, and end users.
