I'm seeking a freelance recruiter opportunity where I can use team management, candidate coordination, screening, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and professional networking skills in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

I've coordinated telecom operations across Ericsson, Samsung, Airtel, RJIO, Vodafone, Nokia, and Idea projects, managing field teams, stakeholders, reporting, and delivery execution.

In my current role with HRTech Limited / Ericsson, I lead project coordination and workforce planning, monitor operational KPIs, prepare dashboards, and support resource allocation and productivity improvements.
