I'm currently a Project Coordinator in the PMO at STL Networks Ltd., supporting Netomnia, YouFibre, and British Telecom Openreach projects. I monitor progress, manage schedules, budgets, scope documentation, risks, stakeholder meetings, and customer reporting.
Previously, I managed projects at Pyro Holdings and coordinated OFC work for Dehradun Smart City and Airtel Fiber deployment in Gujarat at Cosmo Infrasolutions. I've led engineers, supervisors, vendors, recruitment, training, audits, material reconciliation, and project documentation including DPR, SLD, and As Built Design reports.
My telecom field experience includes LTE, BTS, microwave commissioning, Huawei transmission equipment, quality audits, and installation work. I use QGIS and ODIN to maintain project data and bring a practical, team-focused approach to delivery.
