Achieved notable results, improving the app rating from 3.2 to 4.4 within 3 months and increasing monthly active users from 300,000 to 5 million within 2 years.

Ensured product quality through manual test case creation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and smooth release deployments. Collaborated with internal and client engineering teams to identify and resolve issues, focusing on root cause analysis for effective problem-solving.
