What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality-focused role where I can teach, improve service with SOPs and quality assurance, and lead training or projects—using my sustainable business education and guest/client experience.

I'm a hospitality and business management professional with 5+ years of international experience across Iceland, the Netherlands, Pakistan, and France. My career spans guest relations, operations, project management, and training — with a consistent thread of building systems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving quality outcomes in complex environments.

At Marriott Iceland, I led sustainability efforts including Green Key certification and developed hiring SOPs that standardized the onboarding process. At Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam, I built the Guest Relations department from the ground up — creating SOPs, managing corporate client accounts, overseeing quality assurance, and handling PR. At Umeed Gah, an NGO for children with special needs, I managed the full project lifecycle: donor communication, partner coordination, timelines, and training programs.

Beyond operations, I've held elected leadership roles — as President of a university student council and as an Academic Program Advisor to the board — where I developed policy, managed budgets, and represented student interests at the institutional level. I also co-established IDARE, a diversity and inclusion initiative at NHL Stenden University.

I'm currently finishing my Master's in Sustainable Corporate Business Management at IAE Nancy (France), deepening my expertise in CSR, ESG frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. I'm actively seeking a remote full-time role — or internship as a secondary option — where I can contribute to operations, project coordination, sustainability, or business development at an international organization.

What I bring to a remote team: strong written and verbal communication, a proven ability to build processes from scratch, cross-cultural fluency from working across 4 countries, and the self-discipline that comes from managing projects independently across international time zones.
