I'm looking to lead enterprise digital transformation, PMO governance, ERP or cloud data initiatives, and Agile delivery teams where I can improve operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and predictable outcomes.

I've led enterprise software delivery and digital transformation initiatives across India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and South Africa for more than 22 years.

Most recently, as a freelance Project Manager, I led a large-scale data implementation that improved accessibility for 2,500+ users and increased operational efficiency by 40%. I also designed PMO governance frameworks, directed an ERP rollout, and managed Scrum delivery teams.

At Micro Excel in Abu Dhabi, I managed projects from RFP through go-live, covering scope, budget, stakeholders, vendors, ERP integrations, SharePoint Online, release planning, BRDs, and executive KPI reporting. At Islamic Development Bank and Louis Berger (WSP), I delivered PMO integrations, portfolio planning, RAID analysis, data governance, and PMIS documentation support.

I've also coached Agile teams, led recruitment and onboarding platform development, and delivered enterprise portals and workflows for Emaar Properties, Prodapt, S&H, and Tarang Software.
