Assists specialty clinic RN care coordinators with clinical and administrative tasks under the direction of the clinic manager. Supports care coordination activities including retrieving medical records, covering Epic InBaskets, obtaining prior authorizations, and tracking lab results.

Manages and supports chronic care patients through phone-based care coordination and documentation. Develops and maintains patient care plans, ensures production/quality targets are met, and communicates with patients and clinical teams to support care management compliance and outcomes.

Supports surgical cases by setting up anesthesia supplies and equipment and performing daily QC and operation of blood gas/ACT equipment. Provides OR support including scrub competencies, aseptic technique, and obtaining special supplies for urgent situations.

Provides administrative and clerical support to support efficient departmental operations while also performing CNA-related patient service. Handles confidential patient charts and works with providers and clinical staff to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Provides direct patient care across general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and COVID unit settings, including vital sign collection and support for clinical procedures. Performs patient preparation for exams, triages acuity, assists with ECGs and bedside procedures, and provides support with ADLs and transfers while reporting abnormal findings to clinical staff.

Supports adult/pediatric ED triage by obtaining and documenting vital signs and patient data and assisting with ECGs and bedside procedures. Performs point-of-care and patient treatment support tasks including phlebotomy, catheterization, wound care, and orthopedic splinting while promptly reporting abnormal findings to registered nurses and physicians.

Provides administrative support in the ED, handling clerical duties, confidential chart materials, and phone communications to support patient experience. Coordinates logistics including detailed itineraries and travel arrangements, and supports team engagement by training and supervising new employees.

Provides basic nursing skills and daily patient support, including vital sign monitoring and assistance with activities of daily living. Reports abnormal patient findings and emergency situations to appropriate care providers while supporting patient care and workflow coordination.

Provides basic nursing skills and direct patient support, including monitoring patient data and assisting with ADLs. Reports changes in patient condition and coordinates workflow while recognizing emergency situations and escalating to appropriate staff.

Completed a Bachelor’s program in Health Care Administration, including coursework in medical terminology, health records, finance/accounting, medical billing and coding, and quality management. Also completed classes/certification training in data analytics and project management.

Completed Medical Assistant training. Earned an active Medical Assistant license with an expiration date of 10/5/27.

Completed a high school diploma program.
