At Casamentos com Alma, I founded and manage a personal brand specialising in personalised wedding ceremonies. I design and deliver ceremonies centred on communication and storytelling, and manage relationships with clients and couples.
I also train and mentor new celebrants, sharing my methodology and professional experience. At RE/MAX Solução Arrábida, I coordinated and supported a commercial team of 25–30 consultants, tracking productivity and performance through regular reporting.
Through Sara Pinto | Self-Care & Self-Love, I created a personal development brand and designed and facilitated workshops and individual and group sessions for women. My work has also included recruitment, training, client management and business development across corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
