I've coordinated real estate operations at CENTURY 21 in Lagos, supporting a branch manager, around 15 sales consultants, clients and business partners. I prepare brokerage agreements, organize transaction documentation, maintain CRM records and manage Excel client databases.
I also manage social media and create digital and print marketing materials, from flyers and brochures to magazine advertisements and exhibition panels for international property fairs.
Previously, I supported ERA Imobiliária's branch manager and sales team with transaction coordination, documentation, customer service and promotional content. My earlier real estate consulting work strengthened my communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
Alongside administrative work, I create freelance digital and multimedia content and build personal web applications, productivity systems and the Atlantico Visual Studio Code theme. I'm continuing to develop my JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git, Linux and AI-assisted productivity skills.
