I’m looking for an exciting role in a reputable organization to utilize my technical skills for the growth of the organization while enhancing my knowledge of new and emerging trends in the IT sector.

I’m a NOC Analyst focused on keeping services stable by monitoring incidents and service tickets through ServiceNow and Salesforce, then ensuring timely escalation to the right technical teams. I coordinate with customers and field technicians to provide support and updates, while maintaining operational reports, documentation, and accurate ticket records. I also train and guide new team members on NOC processes, ticket handling, and standard operating procedures.

Alongside NOC operations, I strengthen my impact with hands-on technical work—building a scalable contact management system and hosting a dynamic website using WordPress with PostgreSQL and secure cloud access. I also apply data-focused skills, developing an intelligent system to detect restaurant trends using Random Forest and Gradient Boost algorithms, with strong preprocessing and feature engineering throughout.
