What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technical projects and service improvements involving infrastructure discovery, data quality, IT service management, dashboarding, and team enablement in an inclusive, collaborative environment.

At Orange Business Indian Ocean, I manage end-to-end BMC Discovery deployment projects, from kickoff and planning through technical implementation, RUN handover, and operational follow-up. I coordinate scan configuration, vault Safe creation, dashboards, inventory validation, and engineering collaboration to improve discovery accuracy and data quality.

I've also supported Linux and Windows environments, ITIL-based incident, request, and change processes, and application support for TotalEnergies through ServiceNow. I enjoy enabling teams through training and knowledge transfer, and I contribute to inclusive technical culture through the Women Up in Tech program and data-driven ELK dashboard initiatives.
