I’m an HR Specialist with 6+ years of experience in HR operations within global organisations (Biogen, AkzoNobel). I manage the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, resolve HR cases, and support international stakeholders across regions. I’m especially focused on improving HR systems and processes so teams can work faster and with more confidence.

In my roles as Lead People Services Coordinator (French) and Workforce Administration Specialist, I’ve handled complex HR case management in line with global HR Operations / Employee Lifecycle (Hire to Retire) policies and procedures. I work directly in HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, and MS Excel, maintaining employee data and preparing HR reports. I also support onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding while coordinating with employees and managers to keep requests moving through multiple communication channels.

Alongside HR, I currently run a baby’s footwear brand, Blaireau, as founder and entrepreneur. I manage end-to-end business operations, including production, content creation, French Legal Language customer service, order management, and social media and marketing. Fluent in French and English (C2/C2), I bring a careful, service-minded approach shaped by translation & interpreting and human resources postgraduate studies.
