What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative, legal, HR, or customer-focused role where I can manage documentation, coordinate processes, communicate with clients and teams, and continue developing new skills.

I've supported customer relations, legal administration, and HR operations across Green Logistic LTD, Law Firm “Dragana Stankovska,” and KTG Solutions.

At Green Logistic LTD, I managed communication with international clients from Denmark and Germany, coordinated with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Product Development teams, and monitored orders, shipments, invoices, and delivery documentation.

At Law Firm “Dragana Stankovska,” I organized client meetings and court-hearing schedules, maintained case files, attended hearings, and drafted, reviewed, and revised contracts, pleadings, agreements, and case summaries.

At KTG Solutions, I supported recruitment, candidate communication, interview scheduling, employee records, leave tracking, vacation coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation. I work carefully with confidential information and bring organized, detail-focused support to busy teams.
