I’m a customer service and administrative professional with a background that includes translation and accounting. I worked as a Translator-Voulunteer at Leksika (2017–2019), translating documents from English to Macedonian and vice versa.
After that, I served as an Accountant at EkiProm (2019–2020), handling administrative and accounting activities. Since 2021, I’ve focused on customer-facing work as a Customer service representative at TaskForce and later at MakBpo (2026–current), staying close to business customers and resolving issues.
I also bring strong planning, organization, and communication skills from both my experience and my education (Graduated economist, Faculty of Economics). I’m proficient in English (C2) and also speak German and Greek at A2 levels.
