What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead or assist in strategic HR, compliance, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational change. Prefer contract and fractional roles, but am open to other possibilities.

I serve as chief HR officer for approximately 1,100 employees across 29 departments, advising leadership on personnel strategy, compliance, litigation defense, and workforce issues.

I lead employee relations, compensation, benefits, FMLA, workers’ compensation, recruitment, risk, and policy work, drawing on 10+ years across local government and federal service.
