What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead HR strategy as a trusted advisor—building compliant, people-first programs in multi-site environments, strengthening talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations through measurable improvements and coaching.

I’m a highly experienced human resource professional with a proven track of operating in a broad range of human resources and management functions across industries, including manufacturing. I deliver HR strategies and services that support organizational mission and goals, with deep expertise in employee recruitment and retention, HR policies development and legal compliance, employee relations, performance management, conflict resolutions, and benefits and compensation.

In senior leadership roles, I’ve led multi-site HR teams (including day-to-day HR operations), aligned HRBP priorities across inter-departmental partners, and ensured HR policies and practices are carried out in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. I also build programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, develop training visions that improve productivity, oversee health and safety compliance (OSHA), and serve as a company representative on legal cases.
