I’m looking to lead product growth and partnerships with strong digital/content marketing, while staying close to research and team development through training and clear communication.

I’m an MBA candidate building momentum at the intersection of leadership, product growth, and research communication. As Chief Executive Officer at In-XITU, I spearheaded a 21-member team across four departments to launch 4 new products end-to-end—branding, storytelling, and digital marketing included.

I drove measurable outcomes through strategic outreach and influence tie-ups, increasing product sales by 300% within one fiscal year, and achieving 200+ product sales in 3 months via content marketing and targeted promotions. I’ve also led partnerships with local media houses, ran onboarding/training for 35+ juniors, and organized workshops to grow engagement; earlier, I gained hands-on R&D exposure through herbal-based dermaceutical work at Kayura Effects, including training in HPLC, TLC, solvent extraction, and sonification.
