What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior rental/asset management role where I can lead teams, optimize occupancy and processes, and contribute to strategic portfolio growth.

I am an experienced real estate professional with a track record of leading rental and asset management teams across large residential and commercial portfolios. I have managed teams of 11–12 staff, overseen portfolios up to ~21,000 units, driven vacancy-reduction initiatives, coordinated refurbishments, and implemented process and marketing strategies to improve occupancy and returns.

I combine operational execution with budgeting, forecast and KPI management, CRM and property-software expertise (MS Office, SAP, Doku@Web, Domus 4000, ReLion, winkpc, polyEstate), and experience in business development, field service expansion and recruitment. I seek to bring strategic rental management and asset-optimization skills to a growth-oriented real estate organization.
