I’m currently a real estate agent who brings a relationship-first approach, using complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to serve clients and grow pipeline consistently. I’ve created and implemented marketing plans and materials while continually prospecting new clients.

Beyond sales, I’m a strong people leader. As a Retail manager at MAC Cosmetics, I managed a team of 12 employees and 7 freelancers, stayed aligned to firm goals and strict deadlines, and kept execution steady even under pressure.

I also bring program and operations leadership from the Oregon Bach Festival, where I oversaw the implementation of two new education programs. I provided hands-on support during classes and concerts and coordinated logistical communication with domestic and international artists—handling needs like housing and travel—and kept records and databases organized in Intuit QuickBase.

I care deeply about mission-driven work and practical outcomes. Through roles like Advocate for Developmentally Disabled—Oregon Supported Living Program, I helped clients navigate real-life challenges, developed Individual Support Plans, Behavior Support Plans, and Medical Support Plans, and managed clients’ finances including taxes and court procedures.
