I'm looking for a people-focused leadership role where I can strengthen HR operations, develop talent, improve performance frameworks, and contribute to organisational growth in a collaborative environment.

I'm leading HR, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and academic operations at Limitless Minds International College. I develop KPIs, mentor staff, strengthen policies, and deliver training focused on employee development and wellbeing.

Previously, I resolved complex data protection cases at the Information Commissioner’s Office and taught languages and social sciences for the British Council. I bring analytical thinking, regulatory insight, stakeholder communication, and a strong commitment to talent development.
