At C5i, I’ve spent 15+ years moving from UX and data visualization design into experience strategy, leading engagements for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, pharma, CPG, and enterprise technology. I get brought in when a team knows something isn’t working but hasn’t yet made the problem clear.

For a global MedTech client, I led design on a digital workplace that took a 45-hour case resolution process down to 10 minutes, growing from dashboards into a $2M North America platform with simulators, a rules engine, and a sandbox environment.

For a Fortune 500 PC manufacturer, I ran stakeholder interviews and built personas across five roles to design an inventory planning platform, and separately led co-creation sessions with sellers and leadership to redesign a seller portal that had low adoption because it wasn’t built with the people using it.

Earlier in my career I led a 12-person UX design team at C5i and worked as a market intelligence executive at Flipkart. I hold an MBA and certifications in design thinking and UX from IBM, Google, and the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
