At Bold New Edge, I translate complex AI capabilities into practical, investment-ready roadmaps for legacy enterprises. I designed AI for Decision Makers and mobilized $1.4M in federal co-investments to accelerate digital adoption across Canada’s tech ecosystem.
I’ve built AI-powered content, web design, and administrative workflows using agentic tools and MCP systems, reducing operational overhead and accelerating delivery. I also launched technical Scoping Sprints that give enterprise teams a structured, low-risk path to internal AI roadmaps.
