At Deloitte Canada, I lead human-centred AI opportunity discovery across HR and People functions. I designed a repeatable assessment method that helps teams decide whether a challenge calls for process redesign, enablement, automation or AI.
I also designed and launched an employee innovation program for a 300-person department, and co-created a generative AI academy for HR professionals. My work connects approved tools with roles, workflows and practical learning.
Earlier, at Scotiabank, I led employee experience and digital learning programs, including change training for 700+ employees. My approach draws on psychology and UX research to understand friction and turn employee needs into practical decisions.
