In my most recent role at VHS Consulting India Pvt Ltd (1st June 2021 - 31st March 2023), I worked with IT consultants across .Net, Java/J2ee, Oracle, SQL Server, QA Tester, Oracle Apps, SAP, People soft, PHP, and Powerbi, supporting hiring across QA, BA, and Project Manager profiles. I handled the “Recruitment Process” lifecycle—from understanding client requirements to candidate sourcing, qualifying skills, interviewing, scheduling, and closing.

I’ve led bulk/mass hiring and supported Permanent, Contract, and C2H positions, including direct client handling. I gather job requirements and execute executive search with hands-on sourcing from job portals like Naukri, performing initial screening, shortlisting, follow-ups, and reference checks while negotiating salaries and relocation expenses.

I also bring HR internship experience from Sathyadhara Communication Pvt Ltd and expanded my sourcing focus as a Talent Sourcing Consultant at Alhind Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd. I’m deliberate about maintaining candidate relationships and tracking submissions and follow ups, and I aim to keep strong networking and reliable onboarding coordination.
