I am a technical recruiter with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, sourcing candidates from platforms like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and social channels. I have recruited across front-end, back-end, database, cloud, version control, testing and marketing roles, hiring nearly 30 professionals with 3–15 years of experience and maintaining daily and monthly reporting to track progress.
