I’m seeking a responsible and challenging position in a growth-oriented progressive company, where my IT recruitment skills contribute to overall success and create opportunities for my career growth.

I’m an IT Recruiter with professional experience of around 3.10 years, focused on domestic IT recruitment. I run end-to-end hiring journeys—from candidate sourcing and screening to placement—so the process stays seamless and aligned with client needs.

I’ve built strong success in competitive talent acquisition using cold calling, online databases, and social media sourcing, alongside job site scouting, networking, and employee referrals. I handle contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring, managing requirements across multiple locations in India.

I’m meticulous with candidate evaluation and shortlisting against specific job requirements, using targeted validation to match the right candidate to the right role. I also use proactive internet research to understand technical nuances before engaging with job demands, and I’m comfortable with salary structures, negotiation, and closing client requirements.
