'm a Senior Technical Program Manager who turns complex, cross-functional technology work into programs that ship on time. I've spent my career in streaming and media technology at The Walt Disney Company, Sony Pictures (Crunchyroll), and NBCUniversal. I started as a QA engineer, so I bring hands-on technical depth to program leadership.

Most recently, I was TPM Lead on Disney's Advertising Platform (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), leading 8 concurrent, high-priority programs across ad sales tools, trafficking tools, the ad server, and partner integrations with YouTube, Fubo, and Roku. Highlights:

• Designed and owned a centralized, auditable privacy compliance rules engine (GDPR, CPRA, VPPA) adopted across 8 ad platform teams.

• Delivered a 6-month, 61-pipeline data platform migration (~1,200 story points) to Databricks/Unity Catalog with Airflow, on schedule with no existing playbook.

• Led the program unifying Hulu and Disney+ user accounts into a single identity.

• Took a generative-AI publishing feature ("Magic Words") from concept to production across Disney's premium VOD catalog.

• Launched Hulu's ad segmentation tool with a Beijing-based engineering team, and delivered a Disney+ release on schedule across five teams despite a third-party delay.

• Led Scrum and quarterly SAFe PI Planning for 15 engineers across 5 distributed squads at NBCUniversal.

How I work: I build governance and operating rhythms that create clear ownership, define success metrics up front, surface risks early, and give leadership concise, decision-ready updates. I run Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery, use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor) daily, and mentor other program managers.
