What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to bring my customer-facing experience to a remote telephone support role.

At MALPASO in Barcelona, I supported service continuity during peak demand by coordinating staff and serving customers in English and Spanish. I also coordinated the dining room, bar, and kitchen to improve evening service flow and resolve operational issues.

At CASONA DEL ARCO, I standardized production for more than 80 daily services using process sheets, station manuals, and quality and food safety parameters. Portion control, inventory management, and ingredient utilization helped reduce operational waste by approximately 10%.
