I'm looking to lead automotive or manufacturing operations where I can improve plant performance, profitability, quality, productivity, digital transformation, and team capability.

I've led automotive manufacturing operations for more than 30 years, most recently supporting AI and RPA-enabled enterprise automation at Biotale Solution for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.

As Plant Head at Soni Auto and Allied Industries and Sandhar Automotives, I led end-to-end production, quality, maintenance, logistics, planning, customer delivery, and P&L performance. At Sandhar, I managed two Locking and Relay plants with approximately ₹300 Cr turnover and a workforce of 550+ people.

I've driven operational excellence across automotive locks, latches, hinges, relays, leaf springs, clutches, sheet-metal parts, and welding sub-assemblies. My work includes Industry 4.0 digitization, smart manufacturing, ACMA operational excellence, ZED, CAMs, OPEX, customer-service improvements, and capability development.

At FCC Clutch India, I improved productivity by 30%, delivered ₹2.9 Cr in cost savings, reduced manpower by 67% while meeting targets, and installed greenfield assembly lines in Gujarat and Chennai. I bring hands-on manufacturing knowledge spanning press, welding, CNC/VMC, heat treatment, moulding, die casting, coating, and assembly operations.
