What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can use my interpersonal skills, program management experience, and operational excellence to add immediate value.

I've led community-facing programs across BGCP, Yoga Unhinged, IKEA, My Gym Santa Clara, and 24 Hour Fitness, creating structured experiences that support children, families, clients, and teams.

At BGCP, I planned daily enrichment, homework support, and recreational activities while maintaining an inclusive classroom environment. My work earned a 2.75 out of 3 Program Quality Assessment rating and multiple “exceeds expectations” performance-review marks.

I've also grown class attendance through tailored fitness and yoga programming, facilitated weekly classes for more than 40 participants, improved client retention by 25%, and built customer loyalty and employee-engagement initiatives.
