At Multiverse, I own post-go-live adoption, impact and growth for enterprise customers, including the NHS and a public-sector and higher-education portfolio worth £6.4m.
I've grown accounts to £1.5m and £800k by using evidence of impact to build the case for expansion, and doubled a forecast from £300k to £600k by uncovering the customer's real problem and aligning the right decision makers.
Before edtech, I coordinated SEN support in schools alongside local authorities and specialist services. I bring that frontline perspective to implementation: reducing admin burden, building manager and user engagement, and turning data into practical next steps.

Owned enterprise implementations and a 27-account book, including the NHS region, driving adoption and growth. Grew £6.4m from public sector and higher education accounts and expanded two accounts to £1.5m and £800k.
Drove adoption through structured training and proactive engagement, built the operating model from scratch, and led onboarding for 50+ partners. Recovered a stalled deployment and led capability development for a team of 8.
Redesigned at-risk case management, improving on-track rates from 52% to 73% in three months. Trained two frontline teams and cut overdue breaks in learning by 49%.
Delivered training and one-to-one sessions, lifting Net Promoter Score from 55 to 78 in a single quarter. Built dashboards to monitor engagement and intervened proactively.
