At HSBC, I partner with Technology and Operations leaders across India, the Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Singapore, supporting business units of more than 20,000 employees. I help employees resolve grievances and advise managers on performance, conduct, and local-law matters before they escalate.
I run formal conduct cases and workplace investigations, created the advisory team’s SOPs and standardized workflows, and automated multi-country people reporting in Excel and Power BI. My Malaysia probation analysis changed how affected roles were filled, and I built an HR advisory prompt library after making the case for HSBC’s in-house AI model.
Previously, I led HR business partnering at Accenture and Firstsource across employee lifecycle, performance, rewards, engagement, attrition, and HRIS change. I delivered a zero gender gap and 50:50 promotion ratio at Accenture and supported SAP SuccessFactors adoption to 95% at Firstsource.
