I’m a CPO with 20+ years in product and digital transformation, including 5 years as Chief Product Officer in corporate travel tech. I’ve built and scaled global product organizations from 20 to 67 people, turning fragmented solutions into unified, product-centric ways of working.
At FCM Travel, I led the launch and growth of FCM Platform—from a single pilot client to 250K monthly active users in 3 years. I also expanded the product portfolio (FCM Approvals, FCM Extension, FCM mobile app, FCMB, Sam and Sam Booking suite) and drove end-to-end digital transformation reported to the General Manager and Global CTO.
I bring deep B2B SaaS and AI-driven product expertise, including backend modernization through multi-stack architecture and AI-powered process transformation across the organization. Earlier in my career, I launched AI-based health products leveraging FPGA acceleration, founded a Telco Digital Transformation practice at NTT DATA, and progressed from software developer to project leader and change management manager—always with a strong focus on customer experience, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business impact.

Founded the Digital Transformation practice for the Telco vertical, building sales value propositions, managing P&L and business plans, and delivering major enterprise deals. Implemented an initial telco virtual assistant chatbot and led delivery of digital products across chatbots, omnichannel retail, digital channels, and customer experience (including a €500K+ project).
Progressed from software developer to project leader and change management manager across telco and banking clients, leading development of new digital channels and managing technical teams. Ensured SLA compliance and secured a €5M+ service renewal, including an expatriation to the UK to redesign a mortgage web platform post-acquisition.
