I am a learner-support and community-focused professional with hands-on experience in school-based psychosocial programs, student retention initiatives, and client-facing roles. I have worked closely with school leadership to implement care and support services, provide remedial tuition, and coordinate inter-school activities to improve attendance and learner wellbeing.

My background also includes sales and business consulting where I developed client proposals, managed relationships, and delivered presentations and reports to attract and retain clients. I combine strong communication, time-management, and administrative skills with practical computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

I am hardworking, service-oriented, and decisive, with proven experience resolving queries, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and supporting program implementation. I seek opportunities where I can continue to support learners and communities while contributing to organizational growth.
