I am a System Engineer with 3.7 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing contact center and cloud-native applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

I build scalable Amazon Connect IVR solutions and conversational AI using Amazon Lex, Lambda, and AWS Bedrock, integrating services like S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation and API Gateway to deliver robust voice and chatbot experiences.

I developed a voicemail solution via CloudFormation, implemented dynamic prompt management from DynamoDB, and created Lex chatbots to automate account inquiries and FAQs, improving customer service and operational efficiency.

I collaborate across project lifecycles—design, deployment, troubleshooting—and produce architecture diagrams and POCs to evaluate new technologies, ensuring reliable deployments and streamlined cross-team coordination.
