What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can architect secure, serverless, event-driven AWS solutions—especially for contact center and AI integrations—while owning monitoring, cost optimization, and security practices end to end.

I’m an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with strong experience in serverless development, Amazon Connect integrations, and event-driven architectures. I focus on building reliable webhook and REST API layers, integrating conversational experiences, and designing secure data exchange.

In my current role as a Senior Associate IT Security, I design Lambda functions for Amazon Connect, troubleshoot call flows and API failures, and implement event-driven workflows. I also strengthen monitoring with CloudWatch and X-Ray, optimize serverless performance and cost, and conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and AWS Config/Security Hub reviews.

Previously, as a Cloud (AWS) System Operations Engineer, I managed AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and VPC, automated tasks using Python and shell scripting, and handled Linux troubleshooting for high-availability systems. On the Intelligent Amazon Connect Platform project, I built contact center flows with Amazon Connect and Lambda, implemented chat/voice bots using Amazon Lex and Amazon Bedrock for AI responses, and enabled end-to-end customer experience improvements.
