I'm building hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) consulting capability through an end-to-end Talent Acquisition practice project, from Job Requisition and Job Posting through candidate selection and Offer Management.

I configured Job Requisition, Job Application, Offer Detail, and Candidate Profile templates, along with Applicant Status Sets, Route Maps, Rating Scales, Business Rules, Position Management, email templates, triggers, reporting, data retention, and role-based permissions. I also documented a recruiting lifecycle covering 25+ configuration components.

At Kalam Dream Labs, I gathered stakeholder requirements and translated hiring workflow needs into no-code n8n automations, improving process consistency and reducing manual effort. I also developed and tested an OpenCV computer vision application, documented test scenarios, and validated outputs with the team.

I'm completing a B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and bring Python, SQL, AI, automation, documentation, and analytical problem-solving skills to SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
