I'm a 2026 Artificial Intelligence and Data Science graduate and SAP Certified SuccessFactors Recruiting professional, focused on configuring end-to-end talent acquisition workflows.
Through a self-study SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration project, I've documented and analyzed job requisitions, job posting, applications, candidate profiles, candidate selection, offer management, approval workflows, and talent acquisition processes. I've built knowledge of templates, business rules, route maps, picklists, rating scales, applicant statuses, Position Management field mapping, and Role-Based Permissions.
At Kalam Dream Labs, I developed an AI Recruitment Assistant using Generative AI and NLP for resume screening, candidate evaluation, and recruitment workflow support, alongside a real-time hand gesture recognition system using OpenCV and MediaPipe.
