I am a Certified Project Management Professional and Agile Project Manager with over a decade of experience in commercial banking, fintech, and payment ecosystems. I specialize in end-to-end payment API integrations, merchant onboarding, e-wallet platforms, and account-to-account transfers.

At Boku, I define project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead end-to-end delivery of payment integration and platform development initiatives, ensuring on-time releases and regulatory compliance. I partner closely with engineering and integration teams to align on API specifications, architecture, and deployment pipelines.

During a ten-year tenure at Bank of Baroda I led Core Banking Software projects for international branches, implemented API-based solutions, integrated AML protocols, and drove interoperability across national and international payment systems. I have managed integrations with SWIFT, RTGS/ACH, real-time payment systems, and large-scale government and merchant payment programs.

I deliver transparent stakeholder communication, KPI-driven reporting, and Agile facilitation to maintain team velocity and mitigate risks.
