What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead fintech/banking programs end-to-end—driving Waterfall-to-Agile delivery, rigorous QA and regression automation, and strong stakeholder alignment—to build high-performing teams and deliver reliable client outcomes.

I bring 20+ yrs of experience in information technology, spanning Project Management and Software Engineering across Application Development, Quality Assurance, People Management, Coaching, and mentoring. I specialize in Banking/Finance (Corporate and Investment Banking) and Regulatory/Trade (Ops) domains, with a strong focus on client delivery, Agile-Scrum and Waterfall execution, and end-to-end UAT readiness.

I’ve led initiatives from initiation through implementation and reporting, including end-to-end payments processing, regression automation for mainframe, and Production Support. At JPMorgan, I received an “Excellence award” for successfully leading mainframe migration testing from UK to US, and I also led Waterfall-to-Agile transformation across the Banking Technology group.
