What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead content, streaming, localization, and delivery operations where I can shape scalable workflows, platform capabilities, quality standards, and high-performing teams in partnership with Product, Engineering, AI, and media leadership.

I started as my company's first translator and now lead its 120-person Content team, running 24x7 multilingual delivery for JioStar and JioHotstar: 160+ OTT files a day through tagging, metadata and publishing, and 100+ files a day through subtitling and approval across OTT and TV.

Since the move to 3-hour delivery in January 2026, I've raised SLA compliance from 30% to 70% in eight months while holding quality at ~98% and keeping escalations below 1% of delivered files. The levers were weekly TAT reporting, root cause analysis on recurring errors, and regular best-practice sessions with the team. I also integrated the client's AI-moderated subtitling workflow, cutting per-task time from ~3 hours to 45 minutes-1.5 hours and freeing capacity for metadata and publishing. Before that, I tested Whisper and Azure subtitling models and gave the Product and AI teams structured quality feedback.

I plan capacity and rosters, write the SOPs and checklists teams work from, manage vendors and freelancers, and run monthly billing with Finance and HR. I also work with Product and Engineering on CMS features, language tooling and domain migrations.

Earlier, I built the company's first Standards & Practices function for Disney+ Hotstar (1,000+ hours of audited content, 100% satisfaction) and led delivery for Star Network and National Geographic. I work in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Japanese.

Outside operations, I trained an AI dubbing model as a voice talent and grew a multilingual YouTube channel to 24K+ subscribers and 5M+ organic views.
