Karan Suthar

I’m someone who enjoys being in the space between an idea and its execution. I like understanding what a team is trying to create, bringing the right people and resources together, and helping the work move from a conversation to something real.

My career began in content and social media, but it quickly grew into creative production, project coordination and Founder’s Office work. At Fitastic Digital Media, I worked closely with the founder across client projects, production schedules, shoots, editors, freelancers, hiring, vendors and everyday business operations. One of my most meaningful projects was Har Ghar MFD, a 100-video financial education programme, that I helped turn into a practical production plan and carry through shoots and post-production.

I currently work with Kuku FM on multilingual promotional content across 13 languages. I have also produced AI-assisted video promotions using tools such as Midjourney, Runway and Premiere Pro. Outside work, I created my own short-form stories and generated 1.1 million organic views in 90 days.

What probably describes me best is curiosity. I can happily spend hours learning about finance, technology, cameras, science, music or pop culture, and I enjoy turning that curiosity into useful ideas and engaging content.

I’m looking for opportunities across creative production, content operations, project management and Founder’s Office roles where I can work with thoughtful people, take ownership and help good ideas become finished work.
