What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administrative or reception role in a professional, customer-facing environment where I can apply my communication and organisation skills, learn on the job, and grow through new responsibilities.

I’m Sanaa Ali, a motivated and responsible individual currently studying Cyber Security at the University of Bolton. I’ve completed a Level 3 BTEC in Uniformed Public Services, strengthening my discipline, effective communication, and teamwork, and I’m ready to apply those strengths in a professional environment.

I’ve built hands-on customer-facing experience through my Manor Pharmacy receptionist work experience, where I supported front desk operations and handled telephone queries. I’ve also volunteered across structured, leadership-focused settings (Army Reserve Centre, Bolton College sports volunteering, and British Army Insight Experience) and supported COVID-19 test kit distribution in a Leisure Guard security role—strengthening my organisation, responsibility, and ability to work calmly under pressure.
