In my current role as a Sous Chef, I provide operational and technical support to the Head Chef, execute service through mise en place and standardized recipes, and control production times. I manage stock and raw materials, apply food hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP), and coordinate with the team during high-demand services to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.

Alongside culinary work, I support import and export operations as a Back Office Assistant by preparing, reviewing, and tracking trade documentation, coordinating with suppliers, clients, and logistics operators, and maintaining proper order traceability. I also bring a teaching and communications mindset—designing and delivering Spanish gastronomy training, and contributing to marketing content, promotional materials, campaign support, basic market analysis, and results tracking—always with a focus on clear coordination and dependable execution.
